Back together with their entire bridal party from 25 years ago, Robert and Schelerria Jenkins celebrated their years of love by renewing their vows in front of friends and family.
Schelerria shares, “My husband and I were trying to think of how we wanted to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We wanted to include our 3 children and all of our original wedding party.” Yes, their original wedding party in 1994 consisted of 12 BridesMaids, 12 Groomsmen, 2 Flower Girls, 2 Ring Bearers. They all came back to celebrate with the Jenkins in a rustic glam vow renewal in Memphis, TN.
Decor and flowers in varying shades of purple complemented the exposed brick of their vintage venue. Schelerria looked 25 years young in a stunning, form-fitting lavender gown. After a touching ceremony that included a family unity sand ceremony, guests tore up the dance floor. There is so much love in their photos. We wish them 25 more years of wedded bliss. See all of the details below.

What was your original wedding like?
Our wedding day was a beautiful sunny day in June. We were surrounded by lots of family and friends. Our Original Wedding Party consisted of 12 BridesMaids, 12 Groomsmen, 2 Flower Girls, 2 Ring Bearers. We were married in the Church that I grew up in. My Uncle who was the Pastor of my church married Robert and I. There were about 150 guests attending our wedding and our reception. I planned and coordinated every little detail of my original wedding. Our wedding day was like a dream and we are so very thankful for all of our family and friends.
Share details from your Vow Renewal.
Our Vow Renewal felt like a dream straight out of a movie. My husband and I were trying to think of how we wanted to Celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We wanted to include our 3 children and all of our original Wedding Party. We knew this would be a huge ordeal to try and get everyone to come to Memphis to Celebrate our Special Day! We were so thrilled to have our original Wedding Party and family come in town for our Vow Renewal. The weekend consisted of a Welcome Reception hosted at our home. The vow renewal was held in downtown Memphis at 409 South Main. The entire weekend was filled with Joy, Excitement, and pure Happiness by everyone!
