Victoria and I connected over our shared love of dreamy, intimate, yet still glamorous and elegant weddings. We decided on a beach elopement in Malibu, where the combination of sunshine, open water, and quiet sheltered coves would provide the perfect backdrop for that, and we added luxurious, fashionable elements to the day.

We chose a stunning, brand new Marchesa dress with hand-stitched 3D florals from En Blanc, paired with a bespoke crown, handmade by a Dutch artist. Florals comprised of airy, light, and blousy blooms were chosen to reflect the carefree, ethereal feel of the shoot.

Victoria styled a quiet, intimate picnic for the bride and groom in a place sheltered by some rocks. The stationery featured ocean-inspired elements, with shells, watercolor washes of blue and gorgeous handwritten details across the invitations, vows, and picnic setting. The makeup, hair, and styling of the bride and groom were focused on creating a natural, glowing, fresh, and fun feel.

Set against the vastness of the sky and open ocean, the day and the scene created a sense of awe and grandeur, whilst focusing on the couple and the moments that the bride and groom share on their special day.
